TCP was established in 1989 primarily focusing its attention on Bryan/College Station apartments, Bryan/College houses, Bryan/College Station duplexes, and Bryan/College Station four-plexes. We are proud to acknowledge our role in rebuilding homes as well as neighborhoods throughout the area.

One of the things setting us apart is that we own all of the property we manage. Both of the owners, Doug Pederson and Jack Threadgill, are local residents. This makes them easily accessible for dealing with special issues and concerns in a timely manner. This eliminates delays associated with out of town owners.

We are an active member of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We regularly attend TAA seminars in order to remain knowledgeable of the issues facing our community as well as the laws governing our industry.
