Pet Friendly could almost be considered an understatement!

As pet owners, Twin City Properties and its staff understand the joy and
comfort pets provide. We also understand how easily and quickly they become
a member of the family. Because of this, we allow pets in all of our properties.
Pets will need to be approved, however, on an individual basis for the property
being considered.

We welcome indoor and outdoor pets. The majority of our properties are equipped
with fenced yards to accommodate your outdoor pet needs.
We require a pet deposit to protect against the occasional accidents that occur.
Our pet deposits are 100% refundable, less any damages. The pet deposit is $300
for the first pet and it increases by $100 for each additional pet. In addition,
pets increase the rent by $10 per month per pet.
