  • How can I apply for a rental property?

    You can apply online through our website by selecting the property you're interested in and submitting the application along with the required documents.

  • What documents do I need to submit with my application?

    Required documents include proof of income (pay stubs or bank statements) and a valid ID. You will also need to provide contact information for previous landlords. Additional documents may be requested based on the property.

  • What is the application fee?

    The application fee is $100 per applicant.

  • When can I move in after my application is approved?

    Move-in dates depend on the availability of the unit you are applying for. Please refer to the property listing for move-in details.

  • What are the qualifications to rent a property?

    Applicants must meet the following:

    • Monthly income of at least 3 times the rent amount.
    • 2 years of verifiable, positive rental history.
    • 75% or more of open credit accounts must be current, with the most recent update within the last 2 years.
    • A criminal background check will be conducted, and eligibility is determined based on the nature and recency of any offenses.
  • What is your pet policy?

    Most properties allow pets with a $500 pet deposit ($250 non-refundable, $250 refundable). Breed restrictions and weight limits may apply. Contact us for specifics on each property.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made online through the tenant portal or in person at our office.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests can be submitted online via our tenant portal. For urgent issues, please contact our office directly. We have an on-staff maintenance team available to address requests promptly.
